When you request a solar assessment or contact Supreme Solar Power, we collect personal information including your name, contact phone number, email address, property address, roof characteristics, and historical electricity bill details.
2. Use of Information
Your information is used exclusively to prepare tailored solar system engineering designs, calculate Small-scale Technology Certificate (STC) government rebate eligibility, submit grid connection applications to Western Power / Energex, and manage warranty services.
3. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell or rent personal information. Disclosures are limited to statutory electricity distributors (for grid connection approval), the Clean Energy Regulator (for STC rebate creation), and certified installation electricians carrying out contracted works.
