Terms & Conditions of Supply

1. Formation of Contract & Quotations

All solar system proposals provided by Supreme Solar Power outline system capacity (kW), panel quantities, inverter model, estimated daily generation (kWh), and upfront STC rebate deductions. Quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.

2. Installation & Grid Connection

Works are executed by licensed Clean Energy Council accredited electricians in accordance with AS/NZS 5033 (Installation and safety requirements for photovoltaic arrays) and AS/NZS 4777 (Grid connection of energy systems via inverters). Grid connection is subject to distributor technical assessment (Western Power / Energex).

3. Warranties & Guarantees

Our supply contracts include a mandatory 10-year comprehensive workmanship warranty on all installation labor, in addition to statutory manufacturer product warranties (25-30 years on tier-1 panels and 10 years on inverters).

4. Cooling-Off Rights

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the Clean Energy Council Code of Conduct, customers receive statutory cooling-off rights permitting cancellation without penalty within 10 business days of contract execution.
